This WOD helped me find new depths for determination. Lots of reps and no place for all of that lactic acid to hide.
I have been involved in CrossFit for 5 years. Originally it was just a path to getting in shape and from there it became a passion. Box ownership soon followed!
What is CrossFit to me:CrossFit is being the healthiest version of you that you can be. We reach that point through hard work, support of our community and the constantly varied nature of our sport.
Favorite WOD music: I like to lift to Texas Country and go 80’s big hair band rock for the WOD!
