Power Hour is a strength training program dedicated to improving overall strength through work in four specific lifts:

  • Deadlift
  • Back Squat
  • Bench Press
  • Strict Shoulder Press

May Power Hour is starting May 1st. The cost $50 and the available days are Tuesday’s, Thursday’s at 7PM and Saturday’s at 10:45 AM. Contact Coach Randy if interested or have questions.
