Back Rack Weighted Lunge
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
5 rounds for time of:
- 12 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs
- 40 Double Unders
Masters/Intermediate 4 rounds
Beginners 3 rounds
