Workout of the Day

Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3 

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

15 min time cap. Add weight with each set. Must be three continuous lifts and must touch the ground each time.

For time: 

  • Handstand Hold, 3 mins 
  • 100 Air Squats 
  • Handstand Walk, 50 m 
  • 100 Air Squats 
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups 
Perform handstand hold against a wall (with only the feet touching) and accumulate at total of 3 minutes before moving on to the squats.

If unable to perform handstand walks, do hand lifts while holding handstand on the wall. One hand raise equals one step.
