As many reps as possible in 4 mins of: AbMat Sit-up


For time: 50 Double Unders 40 Bumper Plate Burpees 30 Box Jumps, 24/20 in 20 Deadlifts, 1x bodyweight 10 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 5 Wall Climb + 5 Hand Release Push Ups

.75 Bodyweight for women Deadlift. 

Others scale weight as needed to maintain proper Deadlift form.
