Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.


As many reps in 10 mins as you can of: Run, 1 mi Power Clean, 225/155 lb.

Rx 225/155 lb. Masters/Intermediate 185/125 lb. 800m Beginner 135/95 lb. 400m May substitute a 2k row for Rx, 1k row for 800m and 500m for beginner.
