  • Deadlift 3-3-3
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

12 min time cap.

With a continously running clock perform:

  • 1 Deadlift, 155/105 lbs and 1 Toes-to-bar in the first 1 min
  • 2 Deadlifts, 155/105 lbs and 2 Toes-to-bars in the second 1 min
  • 3 Deadlifts, 155/105 lbs and 3 Toes-to-bars in the third 1 min
... Continuing this for as long as you are able.

Elite 185/125lbs 

Masters/Intermediate 125/85lbs 

Beginners 105/75lbs
