Pre WOD

5 rounds for time of: Bear Crawl, 100 ft Standing Broad Jump, 100 ft Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Masters/Intermediate 4 Rounds 

Beginners 3 Rounds

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 mins of: 6 Push Press, 115/85 lbs 6 Toes-to-bars

Elite Male:135lbs/Female: 95lbs 

Masters/Intermediate M:95/65lbs 

Beginners M:75/F:45lbs
