Pre WOD

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

20 min time cap.

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of: 1 Deadlift, 225/155 lbs 5 AbMat Sit-ups

Increase Deadlift by 1 rep each round Increase AbMat Sit-Ups by 5 each round Elite 255/175 lbs Masters/Intermediate 175/115 lbs Beginners 135/95 lbs
