Pre WOD

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

20 min time cap.

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of: 

10 GHD Sit-ups 

15 Push-ups 

10 GHD Sit-ups 

30 Air Squats

Substitute AbMat Sit Ups or V-Ups if unable to perform GHD Sit-ups.
